Requirements for Chain of Custody Cases:
- Presence of the Alleged Father with his identification (identity card or passport).
- Presence of the Child. (Children of legal age; with their identity card or passport. Minor children; children under the age of 18 we do need the birth certificate or the document issued by the hospital confirming the birth).
- If the child is a minor, the mother must be present with her identification (identity card or passport).
- DNA testing for chain of custody cases can only be performed at our facilities. Pictures and fingerprints will be taken by us.
